Sizing and Exchanges

Getting the sizing wrong isn’t the end of the world, it happens to the best of us. We offer one free exchange where we pay for shipping if you get it wrong the first time.

Going to the post office is a hassle though, so we have this sizing chart to make it easier to get it right the first time: Sizing Chart

To get your free shoe exchange, just send it back within 30 days. Note that returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Shoemanship

We’re working hard to make ikikis awesome, but no matter how hard we work, there’s always going to be room for improvement. If there are any quality concerns on any parts of these shoes, please don’t hesitate to notify us. We’ll exchange any defects for free! Just contact us with any of the methods below within 30 days of receiving the shoes.

Water and Sand Warning: We are working on making the squeakers in ikiki impervious to water and sand, but like all squeakers, ikiki squeakers might cease to make their joyful sounds if too much sand or muddy water gets into the squeaker.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request a Return

Contact us to get everything started with your return. You need to make sure and get in touch with us before you return anything.

2. Re-Package Items

We can only accept returns on products that are in new condition (In other words, products that are unworn, in the state your received them, and in the original packaging).

If a product is returned with missing or damaged packaging we will charge a 15% repackaging fee in order to restore it to retail condition.

Any packaging that cannot be opened without some damage will not be charged the 15% repackaging fee. 

3. Ship It

We accept all shipping methods but you are responsible for making sure the package gets to us. If we never get the item we can’t refund or replace it. We strongly recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking or delivery confirmation.

When eligible for a return shipping refund, we will refund shipping fees from FedEx Ground, UPS ground, or USPS (first class or priority mail).

4. Processing

Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return, but please allow for up to 2 weeks during busier seasons.

5. Replacement or Refund

If you choose to receive a replacement: you will receive both order and shipping confirmation emails when we process the return.

If you choose to receive a credit: You will receive an email detailing your credit information when we process the return. 

We refund you the same way you paid. If you paid with a credit card, we will refund you to the same credit card with which you paid. You also always have the option to get store credit if you would rather purchase a different product or save your credit for later.

Shipping Refunds

Once a product is picked up by a shipping carrier we are charged for the label and can’t get our money back, so we can’t offer shipping refunds for orders with address problems, if you ordered the wrong product, or if the product didn't meet your needs. Of course if the product is defective or if we made a mistake (like a shipping error) we will cover the shipping costs.
