I ordered these and a pair of sneakers at the same time in my daughter's next size. When they arrived I noticed the sandals were smaller than the sneakers and were actually closer to her current shoe size! Ikiki customer service responded quickly and confirmed the sandals do run smaller than the sneakers. I did an exchange for the next size up just so we'd be prepared this summer. The yellow is not super bright/jarring and will go so well with anything she wears since we tend to put her in yellow, pink, and greens often in the warmer months. Love love love these shoes. 1000000% worth it and love supporting a company that makes cute footwear accessible to children with special needs.
