We offer exchanges and returns, according to our policy, only for products purchased on ikiki.co.
To proceed, you will need your ikiki.co order number (IK-xxxxxxx).
Purchased Elsewhere, Non-Warranty
For products purchased on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or other marketplaces, non-warranty returns or exchanges need to be handled with your marketplace vendor according to their policy.
Purchased Elsewhere, Warranty Repair or Exchange
For products purchased on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or other marketplaces, if the product is defective and was purchased less than six months ago, we offer warranty repair or exchange according to our policy.
To proceed, you will need to provide your marketplace order number to verify purchase date.
