They have AMAZING customer service after receiving the wrong size. I was able to exchange for free. I have been purchasing shoes from them since my daughter was 2.5 she will be 7 soon!
I like the product and it runs very large Sony toddler cannot wear them yet.
These shoes are the cutest and probably my 5th pair overall from ikiki. The ankle strap is soft, flexible and soft sole and upper, and the shoes wipe clean easily. Best part is easy wear without needing socks and that squeak can be turned off for quiet areas or on for finding your kid in a crowd.
