Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
Most orders received on a regular business day by 2:00 PM MST ship out by the end of the next business day. For example, an order received on Monday before 2:00 PM MST will be shipped by end of day Tuesday. Orders received after 2:00 PM MST on Monday will ship by end of day Wednesday. In this case, there could be up to a 2 business day processing time. Orders are not guaranteed to ship out on the same day. Please take note of this when ordering with express shipping services.
Amazon Fulfillment (in some cases):
Some orders for pairs of shoes or sandals on our website may be fulfilled by Amazon in cases where that is the best way to get the product delivered to you promptly. Note that Amazon uses a variety of carriers, including Amazon Logistics. You will receive a tracking number for the carrier selected by Amazon as soon as it becomes available – sent to the same email address used to place the order. If ordering multiple pairs, they may be sent in separate shipments.
Single Shoes, Strap Extenders & Replacement Insoles:
Single shoes, strap extenders, and replacement insoles are shipped separately from shoe and sandal pairs. Standard (4 - 7 business days) and Expedited (2 - 3 business days) shipment options are available for these items.
Free Standard Shipping ($15 Order Minimum):
Standard shipping is free ($15 Order Minimum) for all items shipped within the US. The shipping service, at our discretion, will usually be USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
International Shipping Policy:
At this time we only ship within the US. Customers interested in shipping outside the US can order using a forwarding service or by checking on Amazon for their region.
Cancelations:
Please double-check that all of the items in your cart and the information in the checkout are correct. We are not able to cancel or edit orders once placed because they are immediately sent to be fulfilled.
