Return Policy
If you or your little one don't love the shoes, you can return or exchange unworn items within 90 days from the date of purchase through our Return Portal. Once you set up your return, you will be emailed a no-cost return label.
Items must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn items. Items not returned in the original packaging or original condition may not qualify for a refund or an exchange. For this reason, we recommend trying on shoes with socks (or clean feet for sandals) on carpeted floors.
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method once the return has been processed. You will receive an email when your refund has been sent. Refunds can take 2-10 business days to process depending on your bank.
For exchanges, we'll cover shipping in both directions. We will need to receive and process the original item before the new item is shipped out. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking email for your new item(s).
Most returns are processed within two business days of receiving the package, but please allow up to one week during busy holiday seasons.
This policy only applies to orders placed on our direct website. Orders placed through Amazon or eBay must be returned through them.
If the squeaker in your shoe has a defect on arrival or in the first month send us back the shoes and we will fix the squeaker and send the shoes back.
Water and Sand Warning:
We are working on making the squeakers in ikiki impervious to water and sand but are not there yet, ikiki squeakers might cease to make their joyful sounds if too much sand or muddy water gets into the squeaker. We recommend switching the squeakers to the "off" position when your little one is playing in water or sand.
Cancelations:
Please double-check that all of your items in your cart and information in the checkout is correct. We are not able to cancel or edit orders once placed because they are immediately sent to be fulfilled.
