For customers within the Amazon return window we recommend initiating your return through Amazon. Another style or size can then be purchased directly from Amazon or ikiki.co. Your ikiki return should be free within the 30 day return window. 

To initiate an amazon return.

• Locate your order within the Returns & Orders section of the Amazon website or mobile app. 
• Select Return or replace items
• Follow directions to complete return
