Born in the lap of luxury to a wealthy oil tycoon, this dragon never saw himself as being cut out for the family business. He didn't like all of the politics that came with the job and the pressure to live up to his father's legacy. Being surrounded by petroleum never appealed to him either, especially when he had a cold.
With a natural talent for diffusing tense situations he made his way to the Midwest and settled in as the manager of call center operations with a midsize firm. Leo prefers inbound support with a human touch and has thus far resisted Propaganda Panda's requests that he install robo-dialers for political campaigns.
When he isn't in the office you can usually find him at Chen's Noodle House enjoying the company of his many friends over a delicious hot pot. Many people there mistake him for a T rex at first glance, but he doesn't mind. He enjoys passing as a dinosaur too.
