My little one absolutely loves these. They are fun and I appreciate that I can turn off the squeaker function. The new design definitely makes it easier to put on with SMOs, but I wish the inside fabric was stronger. My little one wore them twice and the lining already started to snag where the velcro of the SMO rubs against the shoe. Will still continue to buy, but I wish the material on the inside were tougher.
